PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance | Persistent Drive for Autonomy) doesn’t stay in childhood. The demands just change shape. School timetables become work rosters. Parental requests become a partner’s expectations. Homework becomes bills, appointments, and the quiet, constant demand of simply being an adult in the world.
