Part 4 Autistic, ADHD and AuDHD Women and Burnout

The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix. The sudden inability to do things that used to feel manageable. The sense of hitting a wall after years of holding everything together. For many autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD women, burnout isn’t a one-off bad patch, it’s a recurring, often misunderstood part of life that builds up quietly until it can’t be ignored anymore.
