Ignite Community Network promotes a person-centred approach to ensure that a person with a disability is in control of of deciding their goals, service delivery and the team that will deliver the services. A neuroaffirming telehealth Dietitian service for women focusing on women with ADHD, Autism and AuDHD. Kim is a neurodivergent clinician passionate about working with women to help them improve their relationships with food and eating from a neuroaffirming lens. She lives in the South West and delivers her services via telehealth, so she can be more accessible to people living in rural and remote areas.
InCharge connects with people with disability by finding practical ways in the community where they can extend their abilities, their knowledge, and their enjoyment of life. They help people living with disability and their families to understand how to access self-directed support services, provide learning opportunities and programs, and work with services interested in the transformative opportunity of the NDIS.
Include is about helping to build inclusion through staff training, service design support, direct consultancy and service evaluation as well as direct assistance to families and individuals.
The Supported Decision Making Resource Directory brings together supported decision making resources from across Australia. It includes descriptions and links to 8 resources for decision makers and decision supporters. All resources have been evaluated by the Make Decisions Real project team for their content, clarity, relevance and accessibility.
