The Law Society of Western Australia is the peak professional association for lawyers in Western Australia. The Law Society is a not-for-profit association dedicated to the representation of its members and to the enhancement of the legal profession through being a respected leader and contributor on law reform, access to justice and rule of law.
Legal Aid Information Line
Legal Aid WA is the public face of the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia. They are the largest provider of legal aid services in Western Australia, with around 300 lawyers and support staff in 9 offices covering Perth and regional WA.

Mental Health Law Centre
Community Legal WA is the peak body for community legal services in Western Australia. We support our members and work for a fair WA, where everyone has equal access to justice. Community legal services have been working in Western Australia for more than 40 years to provide free legal help to the community, and to advance human rights and social justice. The peak body for services – now Community Legal WA – was formed in 1990 to represent and support members and increase access to justice. We have 22 members who are WA community legal centres, 3 members who are Family Violence Prevention Legal Services (FVPLS) and 3 Associate members – Law Access, Environmental Defender’s Office and Knowmore. We are part of a national network and movement of community legal services through membership of Community Legal Centres Australia.
Office of the Public Advocate WA
Provides information to help families, friends, carers, health professionals, legal practitioners, primary care givers and accommodation service providers, to meet the needs of adults with decision-making disabilities.
Public Trustee
Provides independent, professional trustee and asset management services to the WA community. These include Will and Enduring Power of Attorney drafting, deceased estate administration, executor support, financial administration and trust management services.

South West Community Legal Centre
Formerly Bunbury Community Legal Centre
South West Community Legal Centre Inc (SWCLC) is a not for profit community service organisation providing quality free or low cost legal advice and information services to disadvantaged and vulnerable people across the South West Region of WA. SWCLC is the only Community Legal Centre located between Mandurah and Albany and they provide services across the South West region at a number of outreach locations.

Welfare Rights & Advocacy Service
Welfare Rights & Advocacy Service (WA) is a not for profit community legal centre that provides independent advice, information, referral, representation and advocacy in relation to Centrelink, Family Assistance, Tenancy and Social Security prosecution matters.
The service is based in Perth and provides its services in a geographic catchment area within the state of Western Australia. There is no charge for our services.
