APM Communities

APM has been selected to deliver National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Scheme in selected areas of Western Australia. The Local Area Coordinators (LACs) help people with a disability, NDIS, families & carers to identify and access the support they need. This includes helping them to realise their individual goals and aspirations by connecting them to the community & maintain services. LACs also work with these services & organisations to more inclusive of people with a disability.

Other locations include: Albany, Collie, Denmark, Esperance, Geraldton, Katanning, Mandurah, Manjimup, Mount Barker, Northam, Pinjarra and Rockingham.
