The ISP will assist Early Childhood and Child Care Services to include children with additional needs by providing tailored inclusion support and advice from Inclusion Agencies as well as funding to support more challenging inclusion barriers.
Evolve Therapy Services is a registered NDIS provider, supporting clients in Perth and the Southwest. We provide occupational therapy services, to children, adolescents and adults in the clinic and remotely via telehealth. Services include functional capacity assessments, home modifications, equipment and assistive technology support and vehicle modifications’ supports.

Provide additional staff, resources, and support or training to your local vacation or out of school hours care service. The application for support is completed by the care facility, although you will need to provide them with copies of diagnostic reports and your child’s health care card.
