Ignite Community Network are committed to supporting people in understanding how the NDIS will work for them. They can help you to develop and implement a plan that is practical, flexible and tailored to your needs. Ignite Community Network promotes a person-centred approach to ensure that a person with a disability is in control of of deciding their goals, service delivery and the team that will deliver the services. Inclusion Support Agency

Provide additional staff, resources, and support or training to your local vacation or out of school hours care service. The application for support is completed by the care facility, although you will need to provide them with copies of diagnostic reports and your child’s health care card.
